Grass FedOur lamb/hogget boxes are made up of a variety of cuts from one lamb or hogget.
Your 10kg box will generally contain the following:
- Loin Chops
- Cutlets/Rack
- Leg Roast
- Shoulder Roast
- Shoulder Chops
- Riblets
- Mince
- Diced Lamb
- Sausages
Each cut is packed into approx 500-800gram packs which is enough for a meal for 3-4 people. Each box should contain approximately 15-20 meal portions.
A box will consist of 10kg, but depending on the size of the lambs you may get a little more.
How does our subscription work?
As a member of Tarinore Farm’s CSA, you will receive a regular meat box of the meat type you choose – Lamb/Hogget, Beef or a mix. You subscribe for an initial minimum of twelve (12) months of box orders (then it automatically renews) , and pay for it in regular instalments when orders are filled. You can have a choice of monthly or Bi-monthly order cycle. Our current orders are filled every month except for January.
What this does is gives us the ability to schedule and plan our production better, gives us some piece of mind, and what you get is a special price for your packs, bonuses and other specials for your box we will provide for our CSA members, and Invitations to special member events.
We also offer members the ability to suspend their subscription once every six months to allow some flexibility. This helps if you will be away or you find you are having a slow eating month :)….
