Lamb/Hogget/Beef Box

Our mix Lamb/Beef 10kg boxes are made up of a variety of cuts from one lamb and a beef animal.
Your box will generally contain the following:
- Loin Chops
- Cutlets
- Leg Roast
- Shoulder Roast
- Neck Chops
- Riblets
- Shanks
- Rump Steak
- Tbone
- Fillet
- Topside Roast
- Blade Steak
- Mince
Each cut is packed into approx 500-800gram packs which is enough for a meal for 3-4 people. Each box should contain approximately 14-20 meal portions.
A box will consist of 10kg, but depending on the size of the sheep and beef animals processed each month you may get a little more.
